Nexus Neuro Lab is a Tampa-based neurological diagnostics practice focused on traumatic brain injury. TBI is often invisible on routine imaging, leaving patients without answers — and without documentation of what they’re experiencing. Using objective diagnostic technology and thorough clinical evaluation, we identify dysfunction that routine exams miss and build clear, individualized paths to treatment. We serve patients, families, attorneys, and referring providers throughout the state of Florida.
